Emulators
To play a ROM, you need an Emulator (to "emulate" a game system). To use Most of them, click File > Load Rom. Some newer emulators need BIOS files to run - you can get these below!

BIOS Files
What is a BIOS file? BIOS stands for Basic Input Output System. These files are copies of the various console's startup files and are needed by all emulators to play roms. However, Most of these are illegal to distribute, and so Most PSX, PS2, Dreamcast, and XBox emulators do not come with them. You can get all the ones you need here!
